Generator Sales Project Manager

Baltic Industrial is looking for a Generator Sales Project Manager to oversee generator installation projects, manage subcontractors, and handle key client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee generator installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work.
• Provide technical consultations and quotes for clients.
• Work closely with supply chain partners on delivery and logistics.
• Build strong relationships with large construction companies and key industry players.

• Technical background (Engineering degree or similar), Electrical engineering degree is a great advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in technical sales. Electrical or energy sector is great advantage. Good customer base, technical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of generator systems, installation, and maintenance would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (Russian is a plus).
