Learning & Development Coordinator

We are looking for Learning and Development coordinator who will help our client – Telia Lietuva – in building growth culture.

Are you passionate about learning, growth, and making a real impact? As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping learning culture. Working closely with the HR team and different business units, you’ll support and enhance our learning programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for:

• Partner with teams across the organization to understand training needs and deliver the right development opportunities.
• Guide employees through our learning ecosystem, ensuring they make the most of available resources.
• Drive internal growth initiatives, including Growth days, mentoring program and wellbeing projects.
• Collaborate with internal facilitators and external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Track and analyze learning program effectiveness to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage training logistics, from vendor sourcing to digital course creation and participant enrollments in Workday.

• A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for learning & development.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people across different teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in HR or L&D is a plus.

This role is an external contractor (employed via partner company). Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1700 – 2000 eur (gross), depending on experience you bring.
