3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure learning and development initiatives are embedded within the organization, supporting them in driving engagement and adoption at all levels.
4. Develop structured implementation plans for L&D initiatives and provide HRBPs with the necessary tools, insights, and guidance to effectively integrate learning solutions into their respective business areas.
5. Keep a keen eye on the effectiveness of our training programs, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
6. Maintain clear and engaging communication channels to keep everyone in the loop about learning initiatives.
1. 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A collaborative spirit, ready to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
Nice to have
1. Experience in a corporate training environment.
