HR Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering employment documentation, contract changes, job descriptions, and data updates
• Handling decrees, employment certificates, and other HR-related documents
• Supporting employees with HR documentation-related inquiries
• Maintaining organizational structure and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
• Preparing monthly, ad-hoc, and yearly HR reports
• Performing other HR-related ad-hoc tasks as needed

We expect you have:

• Proven experience in HR or another administrative role
• Basic understanding of Lithuanian labour law
• Attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Good spoken and written English

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1700 – 2100 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1-2 days per week from the office
