Job Description

  • Administration of HR data and documentation (employment documents, contract amendments, employee information updates, etc.) across the group of companies;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements (GDPR, labor code, internal regulations);
  • Implementation and improvement of HR policies, internal procedures, and processes;
  • Organizing and systematizing employee-related information, preparing reports;
  • Participation in employee well-being and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A university degree in HR management, law, business administration, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR management or administration (experience in the financial sector or a corporate group is an advantage);
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and GDPR requirements;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with data effectively;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and ensure smooth and efficient HR administration processes within the company group;
  • Strong proficiency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
