Housing Loan Manager

Housing loan is a strategically important product for Bigbank AS Lithuanian Branch to increase loan portfolio and brand consideration. You will ensure the quality of services to existing and potential customers in all sales channels, as well as quality of loan processing in accordance with established procedures and the fulfilment of sales objectives.

How you'll spend your day:

• Advising customers and introducing the bank's services by phone, email and in the office (if needed).
• Carrying out activities related to filling and processing loan applications.
• Monitoring of the customer portfolio and performing management - related activities.
• Reaching fulfilment of sales objectives.
• Reviewing and controlling of Housing loan documents and their preparation for making a loan decision.
• Performance of solvency analysis.
• Presenting and defencing of Housing loan applications and projects in the credit committee.

• You have a university degree.
• You have at least one year of professional experience working with financial products.
• Understanding of housing loan product, related processes, involved risks and collateral's is a big advantage.
• You are accurate, attentive to details.
• You are result oriented with high motivation to achieve results.
• You can handle stress and routine well.
• You are a team player.
• Proficiency in English at intermediate level.
