Job Description

  • Communicate with business teams to understand their requirements regarding development and implementation of processes
  • Learn and understand the process flow through the transportation management software
  • Manage small to medium sized projects, system enhancements impacting data management
  • Develop, test and deliver reports and dashboards to present data in simplified form to support operational and development needs
  • Assist in the development of financial data collection and measurement tools
  • Provide operational and financial analysis, report key financial statistics to senior leadership
  • Provide ongoing support to system users to troubleshoot system issues

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Data Retrieval & Analysis
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in IT, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field would be an advantage
