Dokka Fasteners AS is an industrial company with headquarter in Dokka, Norway, and sister companies in Lithuania and Denmark. We have approx. 150 employees, with main production facilities in Norway and a new site in Klaipeda, Lithuania, with production and administration services. In Klaipeda we are now 23 employees and are hiring and will grow the coming years. Dokka Fasteners core business is production and sales/distribution of special bolts for construction purposes. We produce high quality, critical bolts, mainly for the wind marked, oil and gas industry and within heavy engineering. Dokka Fasteners had a turnover of approx. 48 MEURO.

Dokka Fasteners is part of the Würth Group, a worldwide company with headquarter in Germany. The group had a turnover of approx. 20,4 billion EUR in 2023 and have more than 89.000 employees.
