Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Baltic market.
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
Communicate with clients directly (regular visits, calls, fairs) - foster and develop relationships.
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
Forecast sales, develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
Be a positive representative of the company and its brands.
Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent products.
We do expect from you:
Relevant electrical installation material B2B sales or business development experience.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Interpersonal, networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical skills and critical thinking.
Confidence to start things from scratch and persistence to drive processes from plan to close.
Fluent written and spoken English, other languages will be an advantage.
Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing environment and possibility to travel for face-to-face meetings with business partners in Europe.

Salary - starting with 3300 Eur gross monthly salary, meeting your skills and professional experience. The bonus system depending on the performance. Salary audit after 6/12 months.
