Core responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Baltic market.
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
  • Communicate with clients directly (regular visits, calls, fairs) - foster and develop relationships.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brands.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent products.

We do expect from you:

  • Relevant electrical installation material B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Interpersonal, networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Confidence to start things from scratch and persistence to drive processes from plan to close.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages will be an advantage.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing environment and possibility to travel for face-to-face meetings with business partners in Europe.
