Web Analytics specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics Specialist to oversee, implement, and optimize our web tracking and analytics efforts. This technical role requires expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze customer behavior effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Handle service requests, ensure timely fulfillment, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaboration & Communication: Share insights, align with the team, and maintain documentation.
• Tagging & Implementation: Define tracking requirements, manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.
• Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, monitor analytics performance, and optimize tool governance.

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
• Experience with using web analytics solution Google Analytics
• Expert with web tagging management solution Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript with ability to write custom tagging scripts when needed would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and cohesively as a team player
• Problem resolution and creativity in solution development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
