Job Description
• Managing online bookings made through the website (changes, refunds etc.);
• Arrange & issue EMD’s for extra baggage, seat reservations etc.;
• Processing automated ticket refunds (e.g. cancellations) through BSP or GDS;
• Monitor queues and work alongside schedule changes;
• Respond to business customers and 1st line agents in a timely manner for any inquires;
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Experience and knowledge of at least 1 GDS systems (Sabre or Galileo would be as advantage);
• Understanding the main aspects of ticketing/changing rules;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Fluency in English;
• Highly organized and punctual;
• Strong PC skills;
• Ability to execute tasks quickly and precisely;
