Job Description

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing intercompany transactions and transfer pricing processes. You will work closely with finance, tax, and operational teams to ensure compliance with both local and international regulations, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of transfer pricing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

 Transfer Pricing Operations:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing models.
  • Perform analytical reviews of transfer pricing calculations and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Support intercompany pricing adjustments and financial allocations.
  • Collaborate with the Master Data team to maintain accurate financial information.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure alignment with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local tax regulations.
  • Monitor new transfer pricing legislation and assess the impact on the company.
  • Support and manage global transfer pricing documentation compliance under the guidance of the Head of Tax.
  • Assist in intercompany agreement preparation and integration of acquisitions.

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Support:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Work closely with Financial Controllers, Finance Center of Excellence, and other stakeholders to provide guidance on transfer pricing matters.
  • Support other finance-related tasks and projects, including revenue allocation models.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in transfer pricing or a similar finance-related role.
  • Basic understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excel skills and interest in data analytics and technology-driven solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
