Training Management Support Specialist (German required)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Uploading content for both existing and new trainings in LMS
• Providing 1st-level support for Rosetta Stone Catalyst (Language Learning Tool) and Better Coach (Live Online Coaching Tool) users
• Generating reports for training programs and internal customer requests
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices in FIT
• Supporting global leadership trainings, including participant registration and collecting travel information
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Training Management team in Germany

We expect you have:

• Good spoken and written German and English
• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to tasks
• Attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
• Collaborative, team-oriented and solution approach

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1600 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
