Job Description

We seek a passionate technical sales advisor to represent the Siniat brand in the Baltic countries.

You will be responsible for setting ambitious targets and developing sales expansion plans for projects in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Strengthening the image and position of the Siniat brand on the market as well as developing sales of Siniat products to new and existing distributors focusing on project sales, building a distribution network, and working on project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer, develop, and sell unique value propositions linked to plasterboards, compounds, and profiles offered by Siniat.
  • Develop market so SINIAT-certified drywall systems are used among value links and have a reliable and professional reputation higher than competitors.
  • In cooperation with new and current distributor networks, develop and maintains a database of business partners (drywall installers, contractors, house builders, applicators, architects, specifiers) active in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
  • Monitore the construction investment market and active projects in the region. 
  • Create Siniat specifications for projects in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
  • Create, develop, and realizes a database of projects where Siniat drywall systems are installed.
  • Develop cooperation with key contractors, installers, architects, and specifiers (fire specialists, acousticians).
  • Organize technical training for drywall installers, contractors, house builders, applicators, architects, and specifiers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the technical field - construction, architecture, or similar
  • Good English skills both verbal and written
  • Driving license
  • Knowledge of the Russian language is considered as an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of BIM or Autocad is considered as an advantage
