Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and customer representatives to identify and analyze requirements, processes, and IT systems. 
  • Design use cases/scenarios and user interfaces (wireframing). 
  • Design and plan multiple systems integrations. 
  • Prepare and present solutions and technical tasks to developers. 
  • Assist other team members. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the IT field or in the role of an IS analyst. 
  • Experience with complex and IT integration projects. 
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to systematize, summarize, and communicate clearly. 
  • A team player with the ability to plan and self-organize. 
  • Customer- and quality-centric. 
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written). 
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices. 
  • Database Management: Understanding of SQL and database management systems. 
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and support others in various tasks. 
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in monitoring and reporting. 
  • Scripting and Automation: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python to automate tasks.  

    It would be a big plus if you had: 

  • Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with the manufacturing processes involved in lens production, including material selection and fabrication techniques (optional). 
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
