Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and customer representatives to identify and analyze requirements, processes, and IT systems.
Design use cases/scenarios and user interfaces (wireframing).
Design and plan multiple systems integrations.
Prepare and present solutions and technical tasks to developers.
Assist other team members.

Experience in the IT field or in the role of an IS analyst.
Experience with complex and IT integration projects.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to systematize, summarize, and communicate clearly.
A team player with the ability to plan and self-organize.
Customer- and quality-centric.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
Database Management: Understanding of SQL and database management systems.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and support others in various tasks.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in monitoring and reporting.
Scripting and Automation: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python to automate tasks.
It would be a big plus if you had:
Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with the manufacturing processes involved in lens production, including material selection and fabrication techniques (optional).
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
