Job Description

  • Assessing the need for new equipment, integrating it into the production process, and optimizing it to meet company requirements;
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D department and other colleagues on new product development, testing, and production improvement projects;
  • Building and leading a skilled team of specialists (engineers, metalworkers), overseeing their recruitment, training, and development;
  • Ensuring the maintenance and efficient operation of technical equipment, including preventive maintenance and repair work;
  • Installing, adjusting, and optimizing new and existing equipment to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime;
  • Participating in the relocation of production equipment to new facilities, working closely with external partners to ensure a smooth transition;
  • Contributing to technical decision-making, including equipment selection in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in engineering (preferably in a related field);
  • Have experience in managing a production or technical department and working with production equipment;
  • Be familiar with metalworking, painting, assembly, and electronics processes;
  • Have a good command of English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage);
  • Possess organizational, leadership, and time management skills;
  • Be responsible, resilient under pressure, have decision-making skills, and be a team player;
  • Be capable of making quick decisions and managing large-scale projects;
  • Hold a Category B driver’s license.
