TEAM LEAD OF ONSHORE LEGAL (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Legal Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us ensure in-house and external legal support for onshore projects in Baltics, Poland and new markets. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring provision of legal services for onshore renewable energy projects (wind, solar, batteries, P2X) in home markets (Baltics and Poland), as well as new markets
• Managing legal aspects throughout the project lifecycle: regulatory, land, EIA, construction (FIDIC), etc.
• Working both, hands on and manage internal and external legal teams
• Leading negotiations and ensure business compliance, as well as mitigation of legal risks
• Acting as liaison with regulators and stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in law
• 7 years of legal experience in energy, construction, real estate or related legal fields, with onshore renewable energy experience being a strong advantage
• Team management experience
• English, with international teamwork experience
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Being able to prioritize tasks independently.
