Team Lead of Accounts Payable Group (German required)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the team to deliver services within the service levels prescribed by SLA and ensure meeting of relevant KPIs
• Guide and inspire the team to adopt vision, culture, and values of the company
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of team’s performance
• Support team to solve the issues and unclear cases
• Develop good business relationships with German accounting department colleagues
• Ensure that all escalations are investigated, solved, or routed to the responsible parties
• New task onboarding from DE

We expect you have:

• Knowledge of accounting process
• Fluency in German and English languages (at least B2)
• Ability to hold presentations and meetings in professional level business German and English
• Effective communication skills
• Change management experience
• Leadership experience
• Proactiveness, positivity, reliability, honesty, and integrity
• People and client service orientation
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Work experience in Global Business Service is an advantage

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 3000 – 3250 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
