Start as a Junior Tax and Finance Analyst and explore your further career opportunities in a global professional services business. In this role, you'll be working with the largest multinational companies in various industries and fast-growing start-ups around the globe. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to future leaders in businesses across various industries and positions.

• Perform Europe-wide benchmarking searches to collect, analyze, and interpret international businesses’ financial using, MS Excel and other specialized software.
• Assist senior colleagues in conducting research, identifying trends, and making projections based on the data.
• Analyze client financial and other business data, estimate impact on intercompany transactions, business profitability and other key performance indicators.
• Support senior team members in preparing advice, presentations, and documentations to clients on their day-to-day and strategic decisions.
• Practice effective teamwork while completing various other tasks.

Attributes to thrive in the role 

• A student or a graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• A person with a mix of communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
