  • Implement fast, scalable hiring processes to support hypergrowth.
  • Constantly analyze and refine recruitment strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a great candidate experience and strengthening employer branding.
  • Jump in wherever needed—this role is about execution, not just strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • A hunter mentality—you actively seek out the best talent, rather than waiting for them to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Data-driven approach to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A self-starter attitude—you take ownership and don’t wait for direction.
