We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead the staff team in our soon-to-open store in Vilnius, Lithuania. First and foremost we are looking for someone who had previous experience in managing colleagues, has leadership characteristics with an ability to make cool-headed decisions and ready to take responsibility.
General responsibilities:
- Making sure all day-to-day store operations are done properly
- Delivering a friendly and positive experience by interacting with clients inside the physical store
- Styling and completing outfits for the clients in store
- Leading and organizing team of 2-3 people
- Maintainig shift scheduling
- Handling online and pick-up orders
- Replenishing stock & maintaining high standards of product presentation- Developing a good product knowledge and exhibit a familiarity with trend awareness
