Job Description

  • Implement and localize the cluster SRM strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Develop and monitor local SRM plans and targets, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze SRM metrics to identify opportunities for local value creation.
  • Provide market insights for annual planning and decision-making forums.
  • Develop local pricing strategies and promotional guidelines in line with cluster objectives.
  • Support customer pricing initiatives and ensure alignment with trade architecture.
  • Collaborate with market teams to address SRM needs and deploy relevant tools.
  • Lead local SRM upskilling programs and capability development.

Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in SRM.
  • Additional Demand or Sales experience preferred.
  • High analytical and digital ability.
  • Language skills: Fluent English oral and written.
  • Financial background would be an advantage.
  • Key Supporting Competencies: Business insight; Optimizes work processes; Balances stakeholders; Plans and aligns; Drives the result.
