Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of specified social media campaigns (organic & paid) from implementation to optimization, ensuring its delivery to time, budget & quality standards.
  • Definition of platform, target group and remarketing strategies based on campaign objectives.
  • Monitoring of performance and derivation of data-driven recommendations.
  • Optimizing creatives and texts of social media assets.
  • Consulting of the global organization to improve and test existing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Creating regular reports and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Managing activities regarding a global editorial plan.

Come prepared

We expect you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience with different social media platforms, management tools and ad manager, as well as Adobe Creative Suite and media creation (image & video)
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance. Experience using analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English any further language would be beneficial.
  • Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's preferences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
