Shared sevice accountant

An international company is looking for a Shared Service Accountant to join its small accounting team in Lithuania. This position involves daily collaboration with colleagues across Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Sweden, and Poland. The role is mainly focused on Accounts Payable, with some Accounts Receivable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Registering new suppliers and processing invoices using Axapta and Medius
• Matching purchase orders, verifying accounting data, and posting entries
• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders across multiple countries
• Preparing and posting payments
• Entering bank statements and creating new customer records
• Monitoring and managing customer accounts

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Good skills in Excel and MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Axapta – advantage)
• Knowledge of accounting
• Accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
