Service Engineer

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering and supporting cutting-edge IVF medical equipment across clinics in Europe and beyond.

You will be involved in diverse, hands-on projects and collaborate closely with clients to ensure smooth system implementation, configuration, and support. The position involves frequent international travel (approx. 60%, primarily within Europe, with occasional visits to the USA and Asia).
 

Key Responsibilities Include

• Installing and maintaining high-end IVF equipment at clinics abroad.
• Communicating with clients before installation to understand clinic-specific needs and configuring systems accordingly.
• Preparing equipment: system configuration, testing alarms and sample tracking functionality.
• On-site setup: physical installation, software deployment, and configuration.
• Delivering user training sessions and providing operational guidance to clinic staff.
• Fine-tuning system settings and conducting additional tests based on user feedback.
• Supporting clinics post-installation to ensure smooth adoption and use of the equipment.

• Hands-on experience working with technical or laboratory equipment – experience in a medical or clinical environment is highly desirable.
• Strong computer literacy, including the ability to connect and operate devices via networks and perform remote system access.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical staff and internal teams.
• Fluency in English (C1–C2 level) – essential for daily communication and training delivery in international settings.
