SEO Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the global content creation process with keyword research and through input and feedback that improves the overall performance
• Enrich global and local online content with existing assets and new assets
• Work closely together with HQ and provide status report on optimization activities
• Implement global SEO activities coming from HQ & support market organizations to localize these initiatives
• Ensure that website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, is optimized for targeted keywords
• Monitor website and content performance using (SEO) tools to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement metrics and identify growth areas.
• Contribute to the SEO strategy by proposing new global pages and ideas
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy adjustments
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly
• Support market organization teams by providing trainings and guidelines

We expect you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in content & technical SEO
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of keyword research and content optimization
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (any further language skills beneficial)
• Familiarity with SEO tools and web analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, SEO and marketing teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to fulfil tasks across teams and market organizations
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1700 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
