SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the HR Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us take care of talent acquisition and be a part of first ever Lithuania's offshore wind park development. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Managing the full life cycle hiring process for a wide range of staff positions 
  • Providing guidance on best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Establishing a true partnership with hiring managers, department leaders and HR partners on all staffing related activities
  • Ensuring responsive client service throughout the entire search process, leading to timely and high-quality hiring decisions
  • Providing thoughtful consultation on modern talent acquisition practices
  • Understanding and translating internal Clients Business needs
  • Managing relationships with third party vendors
  • Participating in special project and recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology/business management/administrative
  • 5 years or more of Talent Acquisition experience, preference technology roles
  • Demonstrated experience with developing candidate profiles, building candidate pipelines, and utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques and practices
  • Experience utilizing pro-active diversified sourcing strategies including LinkedIn recruiter, social media applications, data mining and on-line sourcing techniques (Advanced Boolean searches, etc.)
  • Experience in a complex, matrix organization
  • Prior experience implementing talent acquisition process improvements, change management and leading project work
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written).
