Job Description

Company is currently looking for an experienced SEO professional with a strong focus on on-site SEO to join the Marketing team and take over the management of organic traffic strategy, maintain the leading position of organic market share and ensure its growth across the markets. The ideal candidate with a hands-on and can-do attitude is ready to use his/her SEO skillset to help the company achieve its business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and work closely with CMO in order to understand the business case & priorities, the product specifics, the keywords & search intent across different markets.
  • Perform daily monitoring of keyword ranks, KPIs, organic traffic & website performance to provide timely response to changes needed.
  • Perform regular competition landscape analysis to define gaps and opportunities.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits (or manage 3rd party provider efforts) and ensure implementation of content/technical-related fixes.
  • Own the SEO initiative backlog and ensure it is tightly aligned with our business priorities, manage backlog item implementation from start to finish, including performing the analysis, defining requirements for copywriting, managing copywriting and content publishing efforts (internal team), as well as implementing internal and external linking strategies.
  • Define and manage the implementation of the off-site SEO strategy across different markets and ensure good backlink quality by working with 3rd party providers.
  • Share regular SEO reports and insights with CMO.
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, developments, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience in either a multi-language eCommerce business or work involving the management of an eCommerce client portfolio in an SEO agency.
  • A proven record of improving organic performance: using data and insights to develop successful SEO strategies.
  • In-depth experience with website & analytics tools (e.g., rank tracker, SEMRush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Majestic, etc.).
  • Experience with prior semantic and contextual content optimisation.
  • Experience in preparing requirements for copywriting, verifying output quality & managing a copywriting backlog.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to explain trends and results to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Lithuanian (Native or at least C1 level)
  • Very good spoken and written English (At least B level)
  • A hands-on and can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be data and evidence driven: You base your strategy objectively on existing or proven data.
  • Be proactive and think outside the box.

What will make you stand out:

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript), experience in performing technical SEO audits and managing change implementation.
  • Great knowledge in off-site SEO and experience in working with link-building partners or an in-house link-building team.
  • Ability to work independently and task delegation.
