Senior sales operations specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide support to Festo customers via email based on their needs
• Complete tasks as per pre-agreed instructions or make decisions based on your knowledge of Festo's business
• Work and communicate with Festo colleagues in Lithuania and other European countries, especially Poland, through email and online meetings
• Ensure high quality of your tasks
• Continuously monitor department processes, KPIs, and customer needs, and suggest ways to improve internal processes.

We expect you have:

• Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in business support
• English and Polish language skills at a B2 level in speaking, writing, and reading are required
• Effective communication with end customers is essential
• Collaboration with team members in Lithuania and Poland should be timely and efficient
• Strong time management skills are necessary for planning and prioritizing tasks
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role is highly valued

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 1755 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
