You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:   

  • Leading and managing a professional team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support to various business units 
  • Closely collaborating with the executive team and aligning people strategy with business objectives 
  • Partnering with people managers, providing advice and guidance on different people topics aligned with the group’s strategy and vision 
  • Educating and coaching people managers on performance management and employee development 
  • Offering your expertise in workforce planning, team dynamics, employee compensation, and handling difficult conversations 
  • Cooperating with the rest of the Ignitis Group HR team to foster a trust-based feedback and ownership culture by promoting employee inclusion & diversity and strongly supporting the company’s values 
  • Ensuring and implementing essential HR processes across teams 
  • Analyzing people data (compensation, job levels, attrition, burnout, etc.) and providing insights for business and people decisions 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in senior HR or people management roles 
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits 
  • An understanding of the business goals, objectives, and industry dynamics, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives 
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • Experience working in a matrix structure organization and thrive in it 
  • The capacity to analyze complex HR issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions 
  • Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
