Your future role

Client Engagement and Vision Realization: Helping architects and clients turn their vision into reality.
Effective Communication and Representation: Communicating effectively with colleagues and company partners.
Technical Drawing and Design: Preparing detailed technical/architectural design drawings and ensuring designs meet architectural requirements, technical standards, and specifications.
Structural Analysis and Oversight: Performing necessary static calculations and supervising/evaluating calculations performed by structural engineers.
Technical Documentation Management: Preparing technical documentation and presenting technical documentation to external partners.
Process Improvement: Improving design processes, internal standards, and tools, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.

Education and Qualifications: A higher education in engineering.
Professional Experience: Successful work experience as an engineer-constructor/designer in the field of facade structures (over 4 years).
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the main technical standards and rules related to the design of facades, windows, and doors as well as familiarity with all the main operational parameters in facades.
Software Proficiency: Ability to work with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and/or Inventor programs.
Technical Documentation Skills: Ability to prepare technical documentation.
Language and Communication: Ability to communicate well in English and professionally represent the company when interacting with external partners and suppliers. Ability to communicate well in German or French is considered an advantage.
Time Management: Excellent time planning skills and ability to plan efficiently.
