As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take on a pivotal role in the procurement data analytics team at Phoenix Group. Your mission? To bring clarity to complex datasets, automate manual workflows, and provide actionable insights that drive business value across 29 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Automating data processes and reducing manual workload.
• Reviewing and optimizing existing reports for efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrating and ensuring the reliability of various data sources.
• Supporting procurement managers with market research and dashboard creation.
• Developing high-quality presentations for European management.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in data handling and reporting.

• 4+ years in data analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Excellent PowerPoint expertise for creating impactful presentations.
• Fluency in English.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
