The candidate will:

  • Negotiate Air Freight rates with Airline agent/GSA
  • Provide quotations to agents and local clients for both Import & Export
  • Monitor and book air freight shipments to the system
  • Book invoices from vendors into the system
  • Issue invoices to agents and local customers
  • Communicate daily with vendors (terminals, custom brokers, truckers) to ensure smooth operations

The right candidate will be: 

  • Experienced in Air Freight forwarding (Import/Export)
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Capable and willing to work as part of a friendly team
  • Prepared to manage the entire process, from file creation to invoicing
  • Excellent in organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian
