Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Identify and generate a database of potential customers through various channels such as networking events, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling;
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients and create individual cooperation offers;
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and services to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients;
  • Maintain a well-organized circle of potential customers;
  • Guide the potential client though the AML/KYC process and coordinate the service contract signing process;
  • Work closely with the Accounting and T&L department to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to service delivery;
  • Cooperate with sales managers from other regions throughout the Baltics.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B business environment;
  • Strong English and Lithuanian language skills, both oral and written;
  • Other language skills are an asset;
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • Experience of selling accounting, legal or similar services would be an advantage.
