Sales Representative – EMI & Fintech (EU Market)

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager with a great understanding of the international trade and fintech market to drive sales growth in Lithuania and the EU regions. Your primary focus will be on driving new client acquisition, building lasting relationships. This individual will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with key clients in sectors such as international trade, e-commerce and retail. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the EU market and a strong track record in acquiring and managing clients in the digital payments/ Fintech spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EU Market Expansion: Lead the sales strategy and execution for the EU regions, focusing on high-growth sectors such as e-commerce, travel, and financial services.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients in the EU, targeting businesses that can benefit from our EMI solutions, such as payment processing, digital wallets, and cross-border payment services.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for the European market that aligns with the company’s broader goals. Leverage market insights to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Drive Performance Metrics: Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators related to sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Navigate the complex regulatory landscape in the EU, ensuring that all sales activities and client engagements comply with relevant financial regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers across key sectors, to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure advantageous terms while ensuring compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
  • Client Feedback Reporting: Collect and report client feedback to internal teams, ensuring product improvements and service delivery align with client expectations and needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Product, Ops) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities across the EU region.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, international trade or other related sales sector. 
  • Demonstrated record of acquiring and retaining high-value clients in sectors like international trade, e-commerce or retail.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends, financial data, and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive sales performance and align with business objectives.
  • Skilled at identifying challenges, formulating solutions, and implementing strategies to overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, with strong English proficiency for work communication and documentation
