Sales & Business Development Coordinator

As a Sales & Business Development Coordinator – EMEA, your mission will consist of:

  • Initiating the first contact with industry executives and decision-makers & implementing a multi-channel prospection strategy for scheduling commercial meetings with C-suite executives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government and key industry stakeholders
  • Leading commercial meetings successfully and ultimately striking commercial deals in areas such as sponsorship and branding.
  • Collaborating with media and PR teams from global companies to efficiently gather transcripts, artworks, and other essential materials, ensuring all components are delivered on time for the successful publication of final publications.
  • Reporting sales activity in our CRM systems whilst ensuring the maintenance of records of all activities to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of business opportunities.
  • Identifying key local or global events and conferences within the region
  • Any complementary mission that is required to contribute to strengthening PharmaBoardroom’s reach and presence in the EMEA region

Requirements:

  • A university degree.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or business development with a dynamic approach to prospection and/or face to face client interaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent business English (both spoken and written); proficiency in an additional language (French, German, and/or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Highly adaptable, positive attitude, flexible mindset.
  • High level of autonomy and a passion for learning.
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and media industries, including key players, is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for periods up to two/three weeks.
