Sales assistant (logistics)

Our client is a leading Danish logistics provider specializing in bulk liquid transportation. At the end of last year, the company opened its branch in Lithuania and is now looking for a sales assistant (logistics).

• Support the operations and sales teams with daily tasks, including reviewing transport requests, assisting with customer onboarding, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing customer data.
• Conduct calculations for customer requests.
• Analyse transport data and optimize logistical operations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments in Denmark.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and team members.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen aptitude for performing calculations and analysing transport data.
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset that ensures accuracy in transport planning and documentation.
• High level of precision.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry developments and regulations.
• Proficiency in English for seamless communication in an international logistics setting (additional languages are a plus).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one), preferably in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with databases and digital documentation tools.
