

Job Description
As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you are responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, also be required to train and develop F&B team members. Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous F&B Management or Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting and financial management
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
