Regional Manager, Global Security

• Serve as the primary security contact for company operations and group functions within the assigned region.
• Develop, manage, and enhance security policies and procedures, including access control, video surveillance, and visitor management.
• Oversee physical security, personnel safety, and asset protection for multiple sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with contract security service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement/emergency agencies.
• Provide training on security platforms and emergency response procedures.
• Lead investigations related to theft or other security incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years in corporate security management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of security industry practices, access control systems, and IP video surveillance.
• Experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone software (would be an advantage).
• Proficient in project management, including financial tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
