Regional Director/General Manager

A leading European Digital Experience and Technology Company is looking to hire a regional director / General Manager as part of its exciting growth plans. 

You will be responsible for establishing and building its Lithuanian office location and ensuring its successful integration into the overall group. This will include recruiting, leading and motivating a team of multi-disciplined technical professionals. 

You will 

• Have similar prior experience which may include 
• running an in-country company team  
• or be an experienced technical professional 
• or perhaps a senior digital marketing professional / other discipline with leadership experience 
• Be familiar with successfully recruiting and building a team 
• Have excellent local knowledge and connections 
• Be a motivational and help establish the office as a key part of the group 
• Fluent verbal and written English communication   

The critical factor we are looking for is the ability to build and establish this office as part of the company. This is not a near shore satellite but a planned key location fully in line and integrated into company culture.  

Therefore, we also welcome potential applicants who are experienced HR leaders with experience in a technical / digital business operating at a senior leadership level.
