Job Description

  • Proactively search for potential candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to attract the best talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing applicants, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring needs, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment progress.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent and meet recruitment goals.

 

Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales
  • Have “WE CAN DO IT” attitude
  • Are willing to constantly take new challenges and get out of your comfort zone
  • Are result-oriented, responsible, hard-working, and positive person
