Proactively search for potential candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to attract the best talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing applicants, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring needs, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment progress.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent and meet recruitment goals.
Requirements
Have 1+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales
Have “WE CAN DO IT” attitude
Are willing to constantly take new challenges and get out of your comfort zone
Are result-oriented, responsible, hard-working, and positive person
