Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage quality projects from initiation to implementation. You will work as part of a team to investigate systemic problems and major nonconformities, documenting findings and resolutions through the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) projects system in compliance with established procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the investigation of systemic quality issues and major nonconformities, identifying root causes and documenting corrective actions.
  • Define, track, and close corrective actions, assessing their effectiveness to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to analyze root causes and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Maintain and update the CAPA projects management system by entering, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of related records.
  • Monitor the status and completion of CAPA records, providing regular feedback to management and relevant team members.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to address quality issues, propose improvements, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Act as the lead for CAPA record handling and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Daily Activities:

  • Keep the CAPA projects management system updated with relevant information.
  • Review the status of CAPA records and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members and management on quality improvements.
  • Participate in cross-departmental discussions to address quality challenges and solutions.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Higher university education;
  • Documentation/correspondence writing and verbal communication skills in English B2
  • Verbal and writing communication skills in Lithuanian C1
  • Excellent communication to effectively address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexibility to work as part of a team, proactivity
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Job experience in quality area, investigation of non-conformities;
  • Industrial experience
  • Knowledge of quality management standards
  • A degree level qualification or general understanding in a technical subject
  • Problem solving skills
