QA Specialist

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications of CVMarket.lt to identify and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Execute test cases and report test results, ensuring that all issues are logged and tracked to resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes at CVMarket.lt do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide input on testing timelines and priorities.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of CVMarket.lt.
• Support other business functions and stakeholders regarding implementation of new features and change requests.

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Specialist or similar role, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
