Python Engineer

• Develop and maintain machine learning applications using Python;
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with clients to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions;
• Implement unit tests and participate in test-driven development;
• Optimize code for performance and scalability;
• Design and implement data models using relational and non-relational databases;
• Define and implement a comprehensive code review process to ensure the highest level of code quality;
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in software development practices;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech in AI (Machine Learning, LLMs, GenAI);
• Participate in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage project workflows and prioritize tasks.

• 3-4 years of experience in Python software or AI-related development;
• Strong understanding of Python language fundamentals and idiomatic coding practices;
• Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
• Understanding of data transformation methods;
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development;
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment.
