• University degree in social sciences (a degree in Law would be an advantage);
• At least 1 year of experience in the public procurement area;
• Flawless English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal);
• Ability to analyze and prepare documents in English;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Strong planning and attention to detail skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Word.)
