Contribute for projects management office establishment by creating and maintaining PMO policies, processes and relevant infrastructure
Ensure all projects are executed according to PMO policies and routines for project’s creation, development and execution as well as proper documentation is in place during different stages
Initiate and run structured and regular communication of overall projects status and updates for relevant stakeholders
Oversee overall projects risks and problems, inform relevant stakeholders and initiate mitigating actions
Monitor and manage relationships and timely feedback from projects managers, running projects for Yara Supply chain services
Continuously evaluate projects status to ensure they are meeting standards, deadlines, scope and initiate escalations when needed
Requirements
2-3 years working experience as project management officer, project coordinator or any similar role in project management area
Degree, preferably Bachelor, within Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
MS office package skills
Excellent English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills
