Project Controlling Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare various reports: weekly report on BU project portfolio, summary on BU Project Investments and BU Project Costs on a quarterly basis based on input from project managers and Product Lines, etc.
• Support and drive development of SAC Dashboards for reporting on BU project portfolio
• Align of BU project investments with Plant Controlling on a quarterly basis
• Support data maintenance in SAP systems for development projects’ master data
• Support preparation of management meetings with relevant project data
• Support planning of future project portfolio in various planning tools like MS Project/Velocity
• Document and follow up on project gating decisions taken in weekly BU Management Meetings

We expect you have:

• Confident business English user (German language knowledge is highly advantageous)
• Organized and structured work style
• Strong communication skills, proactivity and “can do" attitude
• Analytical skills
• Good knowledge of O365 package (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelor‘s degree in a finance-related field, such as business administration, economics, finance, or experience in similar role

• Attractive salary package: base salary starting at 1400-1700 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
