Job Description

  • Create Production Plans: Develop and adjust production schedules to meet bicycle demand.
  • Coordinate Operations: Work with different departments to ensure smooth production processes and solve any issues that arise.
  • Optimize Processes: Suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other planners and the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels and ensure all materials are available for production.
  • ERP System Management: Keep our internal ERP system updated and accurate for seamless production flow.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in production planning (SAP experience is a bonus!).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (both written and verbal).
  • Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
