Production manager

The Production Manager is responsible for efficiently organizing and managing the installation and production of water treatment equipment. The role ensures that production and processes run smoothly, meet quality and occupational health standards, and align with business objectives. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing and managing the production and installation of water treatment equipment;
• Planning the production process;
• Communication with suppliers and subcontractors: selection of subcontractors and components suppliers that are aligned with other stakeholders, organizing their effective and safe work;
• Organizing and carrying out quality control of production work;
• Process optimization and efficiency;
• Team Leadership;
• Planning and carrying out purchases of materials and equipment;
• Carrying out and submitting production process reporting;
• Production inventory accounting;
• Product development in cooperation with project managers and product managers.

• Education in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field;
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in water treatment equipment or similar industries;
• Strong team lead, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, lean principles, and process optimization;
• Proficiency in production management software and reporting tools;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally;
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems;
• Honesty, accuracy and a positive attitude to life;
• Focus on teamwork;
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel);
• Good knowledge of English.

• Salary range 2700-3400 eur/gross;
