PRODUCTION DEMAND PLANNER / ANALYST

The following full-time position is based at our factory in Pabrade with the possibility to work from our factory in Visaginas as well.

Job Type

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Demand Planner / Analyst to join our growing and developing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate capture of customer demand, coordinating with the UK head planning office, and supporting the Lithuania manufacturing site in balancing the demand with capacity and material supply needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Review the output of the Intercompany Planning Process to ensure accurate demand capture.
• Generate and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan for Lithuania.
• Analyse capacity planning outputs to identify potential material shortages. Work with central logistics and procurement teams to resolve them.
• Support local production teams in helping to address capacity bottlenecks and other constraints.
• Review production work orders, investigate progress deviations, and initiate corrective actions into the capacity plan / production schedule where needed.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are set accurately and reviewed regularly.
• Provide weekly and monthly analysis and reporting, including:

Asset utilisation and capacity bottlenecks

Group back orders and potential stock-outs

Monthly production spend review with Site Managers

• Good English and Lithuanian language knowledge.
